RECENT ADVANCEMENT TO IMPROVE HEALTH AND LESSONS LEARNT FROM INTERMITTENT FASTING

Everyone reads, but don't understand the actual meaning behind it, feels they know everything. So here we are trying to make few things clear about Intermittent fasting. Let’s understand about Intermittent fasting and science behind it. There is various diet available in market often one gets confused what to eat. 

To improve dramatically ,  overall health, People do Intermittent fasting. it seems to be everywhere in the news, with influencer and your favorite celebrity or announcer  as a miracle to help with weight loss. People should instead be thinking about how their food affects their hormones.

For example, when someone is eating a Diet which is high in carbohydrates, insulin will be consistently elevated, driving fat storage in the body, slowing metabolic rate, and inhibiting autophagy (the body's way of "cleaning" out damaged cells to regenerate healthier cells).

As a fact "With a nutrient fast that avoids carbohydrates in favor of protein and healthy fat, insulin stays low and the body burns more fat, increases metabolic rate, and activates autophagy

"Ideally, we all would have the knowledge, time, discipline and budget to plan, purchase and prepare perfect meals, especially after fasting,". "But it simply doesn't happen. people get in routine busy, they get stressed and they make unhealthy choices that derail their health goals."you will get these example around you.

According to Harvard, “IF ( Intermittent fasting)makes intuitive sense.” Our bodies process food, specifically carbohydrates like sugars and refined grains, by breaking it down into sugars to be used for energy or else it gets stored into fat. The trick to weight loss is unlocking how to use that stored energy, the fat. The key just might be insulin. Insulin is a hormone made in the pancreas that is triggered every time food enters the body, bringing sugar into the far cells for storage. Thus, the less times you eat, the less insulin is triggered, the less sugar is stored into fat. “The entire idea of IF is to allow the insulin levels to go down far enough and for long enough that we burn off our fat,” according to Harvard Health Publishing.

Focus on the hormone insulin intermittent fasting works very well, When done properly because it helps people keep insulin levels low and helps them to remain insulin sensitive." Elevated insulin is one of the most relevant factors in people being unable to stay lean and healthy.

Utilizing fasting to improve your weight and health one has to choose right foods, "try not to end your fast with insulin-spiking treats and carbohydrates. “End your fast with foods that are going to give you what your body need—essential fats and essential amino acids from healthy fats and protein—all while helping your insulin stay under control,". "Doing so can help you keep the benefits of that fast going even through your meal."

Intermittent fasting — the practice of going for set periods of time without eating — has gotten a lot of buzz as a strategy for losing weight and improving health. A group of researchers decided to review the evidence to see if it’s as effective as many people claim. The review authors looked at 11 analyses comprising 130 randomized clinical trials involving intermittent fasting. Their results were published online Dec. 17, 2021, by JAMA Network Open.

The authors found "moderate to high-quality" evidence that intermittent fasting did help overweight and obese adults lose weight and also seemed to improve some measures of risk for cardiovascular disease, such as lowering blood pressure, blood cholesterol, and blood sugar. While there are various intermittent fasting plans, two models seemed to produce the greatest benefit when it came to weight loss.

In short to lose weight and improve other health measures, This review may helps readers  that intermittent fasting  helps people but not in all comorbid conditions. Still the more understanding  is needed to fully make uses of Fasting . what role periodic fasting plays According to recent advances ,one should never worry about calories. The best health starts with the right blend of nutrition, like Increased energy, feeling more vibrant, a stronger immune system, a clearer mind, improved gut health and an improved appearance.
